Refund Policy

If you wish to initiate a refund for an online purchase, please contact us at hello@craftysakura.com within 14 days of delivery. We will issue store credit after receiving the products. The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange. Any order returned without its original packaging will be subject to a restocking fee ranging from $2-10. Items returned that have been used will not be returned or credited. Please note that a return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

There are some exceptions to our return policy. Clearance items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. Items marked down 20% or more are considered clearance. Additionally, items purchased with store credit or exchanged items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Crafty Sakura will not refund original postage costs for any reason, including shipping delays beyond our control. Customers are responsible for properly packaging and returning products in good condition. If a product is damaged during transit due to improper packaging, the return and exchange will be voided.
